About the Role

The Data Science team focuses on tough business and product challenges using practical, data-led approaches. Data Scientists and Analysts partner with product teams to surface insights, influence decisions, and improve the customer experience while building solutions that can scale.

In this internship, you will work on complex data tasks end to end — from exploring databases and identifying root causes to creating solutions and coding them into action.

Work Location and Arrangement

This opportunity is open to international candidates who are willing to relocate to one of Revolut’s tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. Support is provided for visa processing, travel expenses, and accommodation, subject to conditions. The role follows a hybrid setup, with an expectation to be in the office about three days per week where the role and location make that possible.

What You’ll Do

• Join a hands-on bootcamp and contribute to real initiatives across several teams
• Develop analytical tools and machine learning models, including dashboards and ETL pipelines, to support product launches
• Improve visibility across user registration flows and operational funnels
• Help maintain and strengthen data infrastructure, including ETLs and LookML, so data stays accessible and dependable
• Work closely with Operations, Growth, and Product teams to refine features and uncover actionable insights
• Support decision-making through ad hoc analysis such as interest-rate sensitivity, incentive profitability, and conversion-rate review
• Learn from senior specialists and stay aligned with team priorities through weekly check-ins
• Own tasks, monitor progress, and communicate important outcomes clearly
• Share progress updates with global teams
• Use regular feedback to improve and develop throughout the programme

What You Need

• You should be in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a closely related discipline, with graduation expected in 2028
• Strong Python and SQL ability is required
• Interest in or exposure to analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or machine learning engineering is important
• You need a strong grounding in mathematics and statistics
• A proactive approach and a focus on outcomes are expected
• English fluency is necessary
• Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential
• You must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, diverse team environment
• You must be available full time during summer 2027
• You need to be able to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least three days a week
