Role overview
An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support internal data operations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on accurately handling records, keeping information current, and ensuring that all data meets company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Input fresh information and update existing records in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a strong focus on speed and precision.
- Check data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal compliance requirements.
- Carry out regular reviews and quality verification steps on entered information.
- Protect confidential and sensitive business information at all times.
- Locate, organize, and process documents, reports, and other reference materials when needed.
- Work with different teams to keep information consistent across departments.
- Work toward daily and weekly targets for both productivity and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; an associate’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or clerical work is expected.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, as well as data entry applications.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Strong focus on detail and well-developed organizational habits.
- Ability to handle tasks independently and manage time efficiently.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
