Key responsibilities

  • Turn people technology program data into practical outputs that support decisions and execution.
  • Help shape people data transformation efforts by defining data standards and making sure data aligns with HR processes and technology needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed data mapping and lineage documentation, including transformation rules and field-level mappings across people systems and core HR fields.
  • Support people data integrity by auditing and updating HR data structures so the data remains accurate and dependable.
  • Provide techno-functional support and enablement for people technology programs.
  • Perform custom analysis, prepare accurate leadership reports, and support talent strategy and organizational movement decisions.
  • Coordinate project management tasks across the data workstream.

Basic qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in finance analytics, business analytics, data analytics, or a similar area.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with HR processes, HR technology, and people-related data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a data-related discipline.

Preferred qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with HR processes and HR information systems, especially Workday or Oracle HCM.
  • Both functional and technical experience with HR or people data.
  • Strong ownership, execution, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR and people data programs in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Experience documenting field mappings and transformation logic between legacy systems and Oracle HCM.

  • Experience auditing and updating HR data structure worksheets after design changes and testing cycles.
  • Experience managing mappings for critical core HR fields.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues caused by mapping differences across Workday, Oracle, and the BRAIN data warehouse.
  • Skill in supporting analytics teams so they can understand design updates and adjust dashboards.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience using Tableau or a comparable data visualization platform.

Compensation and benefits

For Dallas, TX, the base pay range is USD 122,000 to USD 135,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA, the base pay range is USD 135,000 to USD 150,000 per year.

For Sunnyvale, CA, the base pay range is USD 135,000 to USD 150,000 per year.

Full-time employees in the US may take part in the bonus program and may also receive equity and other forms of compensation. Employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan and a range of benefits.
