Role Overview
This position involves supporting customers for an international voice and chat process at a leading MNC. The job is based in office and is open across Jaipur, Gurugram, and Noida.
Key Duties
- Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls as well as chat queries.
- Share clear and correct details about products, services, and company policies.
Work Schedule and Location
- Five-day working week.
- Work from office only.
- Rotational shifts apply.
- Cab facility is available.
- Openings are available in Jaipur, Gurugram, and Noida.
Candidate Profile
- Strong spoken and written English communication is essential.
- Both freshers and experienced professionals may apply.
- Undergraduate as well as graduate applicants are eligible.
