Role Overview
A fast-growing fintech startup is hiring a Customer/Brand Success professional to strengthen relationships with its most strategic customers. The role is centered on improving retention, encouraging product usage, and supporting account growth.
The company serves consumer brands that depend on its platform for essential banking and finance workflows. You will partner closely with founders and operators to help them get the best possible value from the product while also spotting opportunities to deepen the partnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and nurture relationships with important customer accounts
- Encourage adoption of the platform and identify expansion opportunities
- Serve as a dependable advisor to founders and operators
- Collect customer input and relay useful insights to the product team
- Represent the company at customer-facing and industry events
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing position
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships throughout the full lifecycle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Background in startup, fintech, or e-commerce environments is an added advantage
