Role Overview

UGREEN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Customer Service professional based in the United States. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on managing customer communication, resolving post-sales concerns, and helping improve the overall support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to buyer emails, handle customer questions and complaints accurately, and support Technical Support Engineers in addressing after-sales product issues.
• Provide prompt feedback on customer issues, carry out basic statistical review, and work with the appropriate teams to support product improvements and upgrades.
• Frequently assess internal workflows and refine methods and skills to deliver more polished service and improve the user experience.
• Take on other duties assigned by senior leadership as needed.

Job Requirements

• Use English confidently as a work language and communicate clearly with clients.
• Read and understand customer emails quickly, then draft accurate and timely replies.
• Learn quickly and be able to identify, analyze, and summarize issues effectively.
• Be diligent, proactive, patient, and highly responsible in completing tasks.
