Key accountabilities

- Keep customer and account records accurate by recording, updating, and organizing data according to company procedures.

- Check product and service data to confirm the accuracy of codes, pricing, and listings.
- Create reports and provide administrative support for internal stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; further education is considered an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a closely related support function.
- Good understanding of customer service practices and practical problem-solving methods.
- Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and common internet-based tools.
