Role overview
An aviation-sector client in the Kildare/Dublin region is looking for a Customer Service Project Manager through CareerWise Recruitment. The position focuses on managing customer requests, handling contracts, and coordinating service delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and see individual contracts through to closure.
- Prepare quotations for the relevant product lines and work with Product Sales to price, negotiate, finalize, and evolve individual agreements.
- Align the scope of work with customers and ensure all details are clearly defined.
- Handle the technical and commercial follow-up for matters such as extensions, spare-part replacements, status updates, and reporting.
- Oversee internal and external order management and track delivery performance across cost, profit, timing, and quality, including analysis of events.
- Manage invoicing activities, prepare invoices for billing, release invoices to customers, support resolution of outstanding payments, and help settle invoice disputes.
- Maintain customer relationships through feedback handling, site/customer visits, review meetings, and identification of new business opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification relevant to the role is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- You should be able to solve problems effectively in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- A strong customer-service mindset and high level of service orientation are essential.
- You need to work well in a team and be comfortable managing disagreements or conflict.
- Previous exposure to aviation MRO operations is considered an advantage.
