Role Overview

The Cultivator supports the daily care and upkeep of cannabis plants across their full growth cycle. The role is focused on keeping plants healthy, supporting strong yields, and helping ensure premium product quality. It also plays an important part in maintaining efficient, compliant production by following cultivation processes, monitoring growing conditions, and adhering closely to sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Duties

  • Carry out everyday plant care such as watering, pruning, feeding, transplanting, and general crop maintenance to support healthy growth and strong output.
  • Support harvesting and post-harvest work, including equipment sterilization and timely restocking of supplies.
  • Keep a close watch on plant condition and look for signs of pests, disease, or nutrient shortages.
  • Accurately gather and log plant data, complete basic calculations, and share findings with the Cultivation Team Lead.
  • Spot and report issues involving irrigation, airflow, environmental settings, crop health, or equipment performance without delay.
  • Maintain tools, machinery, and production spaces so they remain functional and ready for daily use.
  • Track cultivation inventory and supply levels, and communicate replenishment needs before shortages occur.
  • Preserve strict cleanliness and sterility standards in cultivation and production areas through regular cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities.
  • Follow all SOPs and work instructions to remain aligned with internal requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Complete required records and documentation accurately and in line with company and regulatory expectations.
  • Work in full alignment with ROSE LifeScience policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Cooperate with teammates and cross-functional groups to help meet production targets.
  • Handle other related tasks as assigned.
