About the role
The CRM Executive will oversee customer relationship management from the booking stage through final handover, including support for NRI clients. The role also covers coordination across documentation, finance, legal, and customer service touchpoints to ensure a smooth property-buying journey.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships throughout the full lifecycle, from booking confirmation to possession handover.
- Provide assistance and coordination for NRI customers as part of the client support process.
- Prepare and track booking paperwork, agreements, and related documentation in collaboration with the legal team.
- Follow up on payment schedules, collections, and home loan processing with banking partners.
- Coordinate the handover process and continue support after possession is completed.
- Keep customer records up to date and share status updates with management on a regular basis.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is INR 28,80,000 to 43,20,000.
