Role Overview
This position focuses on training candidates in Credit Processing Officer functions, with an emphasis on banking operations, credit workflows, and employability preparation. The role combines classroom delivery, hands-on facilitation, learner assessment, and support for placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both classroom-based and practical training sessions on Credit Processing Officer processes and concepts.
- Evaluate trainees through assessments and track their learning progress over time.
- Design lesson plans, training aids, and session-wise reports.
- Explain banking operations, credit processing procedures, and current industry practices.
- Assist learners with skill building, interview preparation, and readiness for job placement.
Preferred Profile
- Any graduate with relevant experience in the BFSI sector.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance or Retail Asset Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in BFSI-focused training.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation ability, and classroom handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and training documentation.
