Role overview

ERA Singapore is hiring a Creative Designer to strengthen its branding, marketing, and communications efforts. The position partners closely with the Marketing Communications and Social Media teams, as well as wider functions such as Events, Partnerships, and Project Management.

The selected candidate will contribute to a wide range of multi-channel creative work across digital platforms, websites, social media, sales presentations, print materials, and experiential campaigns. This role calls for someone who keeps up with modern creative and digital trends and can turn ideas into engaging visuals that build brand affinity and resonate with consumers.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the brand’s visual direction so it supports the wider business portfolio and commercial objectives.
  • Produce high-impact creative outputs and manage the work from concept through to final delivery.
  • Build, maintain, and apply brand identity rules, standards, and style guidelines with accurate design execution.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the brand as it grows and evolves.
  • Create a variety of graphic assets, including illustrations, infographics, and social media creatives, while keeping brand consistency intact.
  • Bring forward new ideas and stay current with industry trends to help the brand remain competitive.
  • Confidently explain creative solutions, discuss briefs, and present design concepts.
  • Track how creative outputs perform and make improvements when needed.
  • Handle additional design requests as assigned by the team.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business, including Marketing, Project Management, Engineers, and other stakeholders, to improve creativity and the overall user journey.

Ideal candidate profile

The preferred candidate has more than 3 years of experience in creative, graphic, or visual design. A degree in Graphic Design or Art is preferred, and a professional portfolio is expected to demonstrate creative capability.

Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is important, along with the ability to justify design choices clearly. The role also requires sharp attention to detail, strong visual taste, and the ability to blend colour, typography, and layout effectively.

Success in this role depends on being able to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment, manage competing priorities, work independently, think conceptually, and find practical, cost-effective solutions to design challenges. Ability to join on short notice will be considered an advantage.
