Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will help drive David Yurman’s social presence by handling scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day monitoring across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role supports the wider social team in delivering ongoing social strategies that build awareness, deepen engagement, and grow the audience while staying true to the brand voice and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube each day.
  • Make sure all posts go live accurately, on schedule, and in line with brand guidelines.
  • Keep global content calendars updated weekly so cross-functional teams have clear visibility.
  • Work closely with copy and creative partners on a daily basis.
  • Help roll out global campaigns across all social channels.
  • Share social updates and changes with marketing teams in real time.
  • Support the creation of social briefs tied to marketing calendars and product launches.
  • Confirm correct tagging, collaborator setup, and platform-specific best practices when scheduling through Emplifi.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative teams to ensure social content supports business priorities.
  • Respond to the social community through comments and direct messages.
  • Escalate customer questions and sensitive matters to Customer Care or relevant internal teams.
  • Monitor social conversations to spot trends, cultural moments, and timely opportunities for the brand to join relevant discussions.
  • Assist with real-time posting opportunities based on social listening.
  • Support ad hoc reporting on campaign and talent performance, as well as social activations, for the VP of Marketing Strategy and CMO.
  • Gather and review inputs such as social sentiment, share of voice, trends and keywords, and creative performance.
  • Use Emplifi and native platform analytics to collect insights.
  • Turn performance data into practical recommendations and next steps.
  • Identify ways to improve content, timing, and format choices.
  • Help with financial and administrative tasks to keep projects and partnerships running smoothly.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly report documents for leadership review.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated pay rate for this role is $30 to $32 per hour. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package for eligible employees.
