Content Operations QA Analyst

Role overview

This role is being promoted for a partner organization, which will handle applications and all hiring follow-up. The employer is seeking a Content Operations QA Analyst located in Ireland.

You will help ensure that large-scale ocean freight pricing data is accurate, consistent, and dependable within a global logistics platform. Acting as a key quality checkpoint, you will verify raw rate inputs from carriers, partners, and AI-based systems before they reach customers. The work is highly detail-oriented and structured, and it requires you to build strong domain knowledge in ocean freight pricing so you can quickly spot and fix discrepancies. You will work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and reduce repeat errors. This is a practical, hands-on position where precision, ownership, and analytical judgment directly strengthen data trust at scale. You will also help improve quality assurance workflows and use AI-enabled tools to make daily operations faster and more accurate.

Accountabilities

• Check ocean freight contracts, rate sheets, and surcharge information carefully to confirm everything is correct before it is published.
• Compare structured pricing entries with the original source documents to find mismatches or mistakes.
• Spot data problems inside pricing workflows, correct them, and escalate them when needed to preserve strong data quality.
• Work with outside vendors and partners to close discrepancies and help prevent the same issues from recurring.
• Update and expand structured master data connected to ocean freight content.
• Look for recurring error patterns and help improve QA rules, operational steps, and tools.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up quality checks and improve the accuracy of issue detection.
• Help refine internal documentation and operating standards related to content quality.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy in high-volume, structured work.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for regular communication with international partners.
• Advanced comfort with Excel and Google Sheets, including work with large datasets and structured information.
• Ability to work independently, manage cases from start to finish, and take full ownership of results.
• Strong analytical ability with the skill to identify inconsistencies and trace root causes.
• Clear communication skills, especially in writing when dealing with external stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, process-led environment where precision matters.
• Preferred background in logistics, freight forwarding, ocean or air cargo, or supply chain operations.
• Preferred exposure to AI tools or workflows that use automation or LLM-based systems.
• Preferred experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or similar systems.
