Content Evaluator

Role overview

This contract position is for a generalist content evaluator working remotely for 10 to 40 hours per week. The work centers on improving AI training data and helping refine model behavior through high-quality review and feedback. Compensation is listed at $10 to $15 per hour.

What you will do

• Bring broad, practical knowledge to support AI training tasks across varied subject areas.
• Assess language-focused datasets and improve them for precision, usefulness, and readability.
• Draft and polish task instructions, sample answers, and supporting content used to guide model outputs.
• Examine model responses to judge accuracy, reasoning quality, and overall effectiveness.
• Share clear, actionable suggestions that can be used to strengthen models over time.
• Work in an asynchronous setup with project managers and specialists, using strong written and spoken communication.

Profile we are looking for

• A versatile professional with experience or strengths across multiple areas.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI training, model evaluation, or prompt creation will be considered beneficial.
• Strong reasoning, analysis, and attention to detail are important for this role.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, concise, and practical way.
• Comfort working independently in distributed, remote teams.
