Role and impact
In this position, you will design and produce content that captures attention, builds credibility, and expands reach. You will think in hooks, formats, and storylines, spot trends earlier than most, and turn them into content yourself—from the first concept all the way in front of the camera. The role comes with real ownership and accountability from day one.
Content and production
- Create and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop hooks, scripts, and storylines.
- Take an active role in filming and shoots, including appearing on camera when needed.
- Generate fresh content ideas and develop new formats.
Strategy and growth
- Research trends and analyze platforms.
- Contribute to viral campaigns and content series.
- Help build scalable content systems.
- Work closely with the editing team, social media team, and leadership.
Location
This is an on-site role based in the office in Mannheim / Hockenheim.

- Experience creating short-form content; personal reels, TikToks, or projects count just as much as professional work.
- Confidence in front of the camera and willingness to build your own visibility.
- Understanding of hooks, storytelling, and platform-appropriate communication.
- Strategic thinking so you understand why content works, not just how to make it.
- An independent, creative, and action-oriented way of working.
- Ideally, initial experience with editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere.
