Role Overview
SkilledX BPO Services LLP is hiring a Content Associate for a hybrid setup in Kollam, with three remote days and two in-office days each week. This is a full-time role for someone who can create polished, research-led content for webinars, conferences, client proposals, tender documents, thought leadership initiatives, digital marketing material, and internal communications. The starting package is ₹4 LPA and final compensation will depend on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and improve content for webinars, conferences, client-facing presentations, internal decks, and thought leadership outputs.
- Draft proposal material for tenders, including background research and content structuring.
- Study a wide range of industries quickly and turn findings into clear, professional, presentation-ready writing.
- Update and refine content based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the team by asking questions, sharing ideas, and challenging assumptions when needed.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint for building presentations at an above-intermediate level.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is an added advantage.
Hiring Process
- CV review and submission.
- Shortlisting of candidates.
- Live task-based assessment: prepare a 20-slide presentation on a given topic using genuine research on your own laptop during the interview.
- Demo presentation of the completed work to the team.
- Final selection.
Work Schedule and Terms
The role follows a full-time schedule only and is not meant for freelancers, part-time applicants, or anyone looking for a side income. Candidates are expected to be open and accurate about their current availability and commitments during hiring; any false statement about employment status may be considered a breach of the offer conditions.
Standard working time is 8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break, across 5 days per week. For overseas Middle East client coverage, working hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. No overtime is expected. The remote work country scope is India and the Middle East.
The probation period is 3 months, which may be extended by an additional 3 months. After that, employment may move to yearly contract renewal or a permanent offer depending on performance.
