Overview
Exyte is looking for highly motivated graduates to join its project delivery and construction management teams. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of projects by helping with planning, coordination, and implementation activities throughout different phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Help manage schedules, milestones, and deliverables for projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep work aligned.
- Monitor adherence to safety and quality requirements.
- Share site updates and highlight issues with the project manager.
- Keep project records up to date, including drawings, specifications, and variation/change documents.
- Draft progress updates and support the preparation of information for project reviews.
- Take part in safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Assist with cost monitoring and budget tracking.
- Support procurement tasks and invoice handling.
- Contribute to quality assurance and control processes.
- Work with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
- Join meetings and provide input during project update discussions.
- Keep learning about relevant industry practices, tools, and technologies.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be final-year students or recent graduates with a degree in construction management, quantity surveying, business, environmental studies, or another closely related field. The role calls for someone with strong analytical thinking, good attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Clear written and spoken communication is important, along with the ability to work well with others in a team setting. Candidates should also be able to organize priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines. A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-moving, innovative environment are essential.
