Role overview
Le Creuset is hiring a Client Advisor for its Dubai retail location. This full-time, on-site position is centered on delivering an engaging in-store experience, helping customers choose cookware and related products, and supporting the overall flow of the store.

What the role involves
In this role, you will act as a friendly and knowledgeable guide for shoppers, helping them understand products, discover new items, and complete their purchases smoothly. The position also includes keeping the sales floor attractive, organized, and ready for customers, while supporting back-of-house store activities when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, assess their needs, and offer informed support on cookware and related products.
- Use selling techniques, product demonstrations, and upselling approaches to help meet and surpass sales goals.
- Stay current on the product assortment, new launches, and promotional activity.
- Keep the store tidy, well-presented, stocked, and visually appealing through regular housekeeping and merchandising support.
- Help manage inventory by receiving, unpacking, checking, and arranging merchandise.
- Work cooperatively with the local store team to maintain a positive and productive environment.
- Process sales accurately through the point-of-sale system and complete cash-up duties in line with policy.
- Follow health, safety, and store procedures to maintain a secure shopping and working environment.
- Understand and follow emergency response procedures and protocols.
- Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with management.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare sales, stock, and other required reports or records.
- Take on other reasonable store-related duties within your capability when assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing service.
- Strong verbal communication and people skills.
- Genuine interest in cooking and familiarity with cookware products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while handling several tasks at once.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and retail software tools.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing 25–29 pounds, as the role involves regular handling of heavy cast iron products.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to work retail trading hours.
