- Review CVs, update tracking documents, and assist with procurement scoring activities.
- Arrange interviews and support hiring managers through each stage of selection.
- Follow up with managers and approvers so required actions are completed without delay.
- Assist with onboarding by issuing the necessary documents and guidance for system access.
- Keep records, shared drives, and access permissions accurate and compliant with governance standards.
- Process and track contractor onboarding-related applications.
- Provide general team support, including meeting organisation and day-to-day coordination tasks.
Experience and skills needed
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally involving business administration duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder influence.
- Confident use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Comfort working with digital collaboration, reporting, and workflow tools.
- Awareness of GDPR requirements is an advantage.
- Experience with Power BI or dashboard tools would be beneficial.

The base locations are ESB’s offices at the Sidings, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2, D02 E7K8, and Head Office, 27 Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin, D02 KT92. The position follows a hybrid model, with remote work combined with attendance at the base location for in-person collaboration two days per week, subject to review.
