Job Summary
This role is for an accomplished Business Development Manager who will steer growth initiatives, widen the company’s market footprint, and support stronger positioning through strategic alliances and fresh business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement business development initiatives that support organizational objectives.
- Study market movements and competitor activity to uncover areas for expansion.
- Improve and adapt products and services so they align better with market demands.
- Track, assess, and follow up on government tenders and project opportunities.
- Draft, assess, and refine both technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with important partners and clients.
- Act as the company representative at conferences and sector events across the Kingdom.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep business development activities coordinated.
- Review performance results and submit regular updates to senior leadership.
- Support the pre-sales team with guidance and operational help.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development is necessary.
- Solid familiarity with government tenders and bidding procedures is expected.
- Demonstrated ability to study markets and identify growth potential.
- Strong capability in negotiation and closing deals.
- Experience in creating and sustaining strategic partnerships.
- Well-developed leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
Additional Information
The position is based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site role.
