About the Role
Zadna is building a platform aimed at reducing food waste while helping customers in the UAE spend less by connecting them to surplus offers from food and beverage and retail businesses through an upcoming app. The company is looking for an independent business development professional to onboard F&B and retail partners across Abu Dhabi before launch.
Role Overview
This position is designed for someone who can work flexibly and remotely while confidently managing outreach, negotiations, and deal closure with minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to and engage cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and retail businesses for partnership opportunities.
- Present Zadna’s offering clearly and secure signed partnership agreements.
- Own and manage your sales pipeline, providing regular updates on progress.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with early partners ahead of the app launch.
Compensation
The package includes a base component plus performance-linked incentives, with the potential for additional upside as milestones are achieved. Final compensation details will be shared during the interview process.
Candidate Fit
Applicants should already have relevant SMB or key account sales experience within the food and beverage sector, be located in Abu Dhabi for in-person partner meetings, and be comfortable working in a commission- and results-driven environment.
Additional Notes
This is a flexible, remote-friendly opportunity, but it requires the ability to meet partners face to face in Abu Dhabi. The role is focused on pre-launch partnership building for an upcoming app.
