Overview
Air Charter Service is looking for a driven Business Analyst to support major technology-led initiatives and help advance the company’s transformation efforts. This role sits at the centre of business and technology, contributing to innovation, automation, and the delivery of improved processes and systems.
What you will do
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the company’s operations, products, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Define project goals and the value expected from each initiative.
- Gather, assess, validate, and document business requirements for a range of technology products.
- Convert business needs into structured, prioritised requirements such as user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create current-state and future-state process maps.
- Prepare wireframes and mock-ups that help communicate business needs.
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors across the full project lifecycle.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and help balance expectations between business and technical groups.
- Support change management by assisting with communication, process adoption, solution design, testing, training, and user support.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement by sharing knowledge, participating in peer review, and applying strong business analysis practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Solid understanding of requirement-gathering techniques and both agile and waterfall delivery methods.
- Strong command of Microsoft core applications.
- Hands-on experience with requirement and project collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Azure, and DevOps.
- Background working in IT project teams.
- Ability to organise and coordinate several tasks at once.
- Strong stakeholder management capability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail.
- Creative, adaptable, persistent, energetic, passionate, and self-motivated.
- Experience with ERP systems or a finance background is preferred.
