About the Role
Kiwi Pharmacy is looking for a Brand Builder to join its founding team and help shape a modern skincare brand from the ground up. This role is focused on turning ideas into real output, not simply managing routine social media tasks.
The ideal candidate should be excited about creating content, testing new ideas, using AI tools to speed up work, and contributing to digital growth in a meaningful way.
What This Role Involves
- Creating engaging content for the brand
- Supporting social media growth and audience reach
- Handling video creation and coordinating production work
- Using AI-assisted workflows for content development
- Helping build and strengthen the brand identity

- Contributing to new digital initiatives and experiments
What Matters Most
The company is not prioritizing degrees, certifications, or years of experience. Instead, they are looking for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership, works consistently, and can solve problems independently without needing step-by-step instructions.

A resume by itself will not be enough for consideration. The hiring team is more interested in how candidates think, what they have already built, and how they would approach the position.
Hiring Process and Work Arrangement
Applications will be reviewed as they come in. Candidates shortlisted by the company will be invited to an in-person interview in Siliguri. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri, and applications for remote, freelance, or part-time work will not be accepted. Strong familiarity with AI tools will be a significant plus.
