About the Role

Join a busy bakery team where your love for baking helps deliver excellent products to customers every day. This is a hands-on role in a high-energy environment, with a team that shares knowledge, supports growth, and encourages ongoing skill development in the baking trade.

Working Hours

Roster option 1: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the daily production of baked goods in a fast-moving bakery setting.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area while following proper food-handling practices.
• Support the Bakery team and play a role in guiding others where needed.
• Deliver customer-focused service through the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
• Bring a positive, curious mindset to learning, professional development, and self-improvement.
• Work confidently in a demanding environment and manage the physical aspects of baking, including mixing, lifting, and shaping.
• Use your baking skills and qualifications to create high-quality products customers will enjoy.

What You’ll Need

A formal baking qualification along with relevant work experience is required for this position.
