Role overview

The organization is looking for a future store manager trainee for its branch in Münster, Hesse, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock ordering, checking, shelving, and product presentation.
• Take responsibility for sales performance, expenses, and inventory.
• Lead, motivate, and support the store team.
• Handle staff supervision and workforce scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with legal rules and industry regulations.
• Monitor adherence to internal company policies and procedures.
• Work with a strong customer-service focus.
• Carry out cashier duties as required.

Requirements

• Vocational training in retail is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
