Architectural Coordinator

Role overview

The Architectural Coordinator supports the Architect and Project Manager in overseeing all architectural activities at the project site. The role focuses on making sure that work carried out by construction coordinators and subcontractors aligns with the approved specifications, drawings, work schedule, and quality standards, while also ensuring architectural materials are used efficiently.

Core coordination duties

This position is central to day-to-day coordination between the client’s representative, consultants, subcontractors, other trade coordinators, and the BIM team. It also involves guiding a team of construction coordinators so the project can be delivered efficiently and profitably.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Architecture is required, preferably from a qualification recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA).
