Role overview
In this contract assignment, you will work remotely to review Arabic and English AI outputs and, when needed, create high-quality bilingual training material. The role focuses on judging the quality of reasoning and step-by-step problem solving, then giving expert-level feedback that helps improve how AI systems answer questions. Your work will center on checking accuracy, logical flow, clarity, and how well responses follow the prompt.
This position is with SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, an AI data services company that supports training data needs for many major AI organizations and foundation model teams. Your contribution will directly support the improvement of advanced AI models.

There is no active project ready for this role at the moment. However, if you meet the requirements, you may be contacted first when suitable work becomes available. You may also gain access to future opportunities through the expert network.
What you will do
- Create detailed AI training prompts on a range of topics, along with strong reference responses that help models learn from well-structured examples. English proficiency at C1 level or above is required for this work.
- Review and rank AI-generated answers to improve accuracy, fluency, and relevance to context. English proficiency at C1 level or above is required for this work.
- Check AI systems for mistakes, weak reasoning, or bias, and help verify that the outputs remain dependable across different use cases. English proficiency at C1 level or above is required for this work.
- Assess response quality, explain what is correct or incorrect, and identify issues in reasoning, methodology, or conceptual understanding.
- Fact-check information where task instructions require it and write clear model solutions that show the proper approach.
- Compare multiple AI responses and judge them based on correctness, reasoning quality, and overall usefulness.
Profile we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Native or near-native command of Arabic, with strong writing and editing ability in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect; Egyptian Arabic is preferred.
- At least C1-level English skills in reading and writing for bilingual review and instruction following.
- Three or more years of professional background in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, linguistic review, or a similar area, or an equivalent level of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply structured rubrics consistently in high-volume contractor work.
- Solid fact-checking habits and the ability to validate claims using reputable sources when task instructions call for it.
- Ability to spot weak reasoning, methodological mistakes, and unclear explanations even when the writing itself is fluent.
- Comfort with independent, asynchronous remote work, including dependable availability and communication.
- Previous experience with AI training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Arabic localization conventions for the MENA region, including terminology, formatting, and cultural nuance, is preferred.
Work arrangement
This is a fully remote contractor position with flexible work-from-anywhere hours. The role is paid on an hourly basis.

As no immediate project is available, this position functions as a pipeline opportunity for future expert assignments.
