Overview
This is a permanent, full-time graduate-level sales opportunity based in Hartlepool. The role is aimed at confident, motivated people who are eager to start a career in sales, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth. Prior experience is not needed; a strong attitude, drive, and willingness to learn are the key requirements.
The position offers a basic salary of £25,000 to £27,000 plus commission and clear opportunities for advancement.
What you will do
- Use outbound calls and email outreach to contact prospects and create new business opportunities.
- Follow up on incoming warm leads and guide potential customers through the conversion process.
- Support new accounts after the sale, helping with onboarding, encouraging early usage, and improving account value.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, and keep track of call-backs and follow-ups.
- Recommend the most suitable fuel card solutions based on each business’s needs, usage patterns, and credit profile.
- Identify the most appropriate commercial accounts to help drive revenue.
- Take a consultative approach to sales that strengthens trust and encourages long-term customer loyalty.
