Role Overview
The Account Executive will manage core accounting operations, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and coordinate with internal teams to keep customer payment information and reports up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine accounting entries and transaction recording in Tally on a daily basis.
- Post receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank-related transactions accurately.
- Carry out bank reconciliations and maintain cash book and bank book records.
- Create invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers as needed.
- Track customer payments and support account reconciliation activities.
- Keep financial records complete, accurate, and properly supported by documents.
- Work with Sales, CRM, and Finance teams to update customer payment status.
- Prepare MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist with compliance records and documentation for GST and TDS.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Organize and preserve financial files and records in proper order.
Candidate Profile
The preferred applicant should have 2–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a real estate plot sales environment. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime is essential, along with a clear understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting fundamentals. The role also calls for solid Excel skills, good communication, strong organization, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Compensation
The annual salary offered for this position is in the range of INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,00,000.
