Role Overview
This position sits within the Engineering team and supports the ongoing upkeep of the hotel’s facilities and equipment. The role focuses on maintaining air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards.
What You Will Do
- Carry out planned maintenance for all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems across the hotel.
- Inspect, service, and repair electrical and mechanical refrigeration equipment such as freezers, refrigerators, ice makers, fan coil units, and chillers.
- Test equipment and complete repairs according to technical manuals and safety instructions.
- Help maintain the overall condition, reliability, and performance of hotel systems and equipment.
