About the internship

APM Realty is seeking a creative intern to support video editing, graphic design, and content production for real estate marketing. The role focuses on producing eye-catching visuals for social media, property promotions, and brand campaigns across Pune’s real estate market.

What you will do

Edit short-form and promotional videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, and other marketing uses.
Create property walkthrough videos and highlight reels that showcase projects effectively.
Enhance videos with transitions, effects, captions, music, and motion graphics.
Prepare content in formats suited for different social media platforms.
Design social media graphics, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and advertisement creatives.
Develop creatives for Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Produce marketing and branding assets for real estate promotions.
Keep visual identity consistent across all channels and materials.
Support property site visits for photography and video shoots.
Capture project highlights, amenities, location benefits, and customer testimonials.
Work with the marketing team on planning and execution of content shoots and campaigns.

Skills and tools expected

The internship calls for a solid working knowledge of video and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut/VN Editor. Familiarity with After Effects is preferred. The ideal candidate should also understand short-form social media content, reel trends, and platform-specific optimization.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship for 3 months and are able to begin between 21 June 2026 and 26 July 2026. Applicants must be based in Pune and should have relevant skills and interest in the work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Other requirements

Any graduate or undergraduate may apply.
Preferred backgrounds include BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, BMM, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
Final-year students and freshers are eligible.
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, and CapCut/VN Editor is preferred.
Basic photography and videography ability is expected.
Experience with social media content creation, Instagram reel editing, YouTube Shorts editing, graphic design, or digital marketing is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with property site visits across Pune.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms is an advantage.
Applicants who actively create content, manage Instagram pages, or already edit reels may be preferred.
Preferred extras include drone videography, motion graphics, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or Leonardo AI, Meta ads creative design, basic SEO, copywriting, and cinematic photography/video shooting.
Owning a laptop is preferred, and a smartphone with a good camera is also preferred.

APM Realty focuses on residential and commercial property solutions in Pune. The team emphasizes practical guidance, strong market understanding, and a smooth client experience for buyers, investors, and developers.

Compensation, perks, and additional details

The internship offers a monthly stipend within the range of INR 9,000 to 14,000. The pay structure includes fixed compensation of ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month along with incentive pay of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month. Perks include a certificate and an informal dress code. The internship runs for 3 months and begins immediately for the selected candidate. The application deadline is 21 July 2026 at 23:59:59. Two openings are available.
