About the internship
Aptos is looking for a driven HR Transformation Fellow to collaborate closely with senior HR leaders on a strategic project aimed at reshaping the campus hiring and early-careers program.
This role goes beyond a standard HR internship. The selected fellow will take ownership of research, analysis, stakeholder conversations, and solution development to help create a future-oriented campus talent strategy that supports business priorities.

Key responsibilities
- Review the existing campus hiring and early-careers approach and assess how it currently performs.
- Study best practices followed by leading technology and product companies.
- Examine hiring results, conversion rates, and talent pipeline performance.
- Spot opportunities to improve candidate quality, hiring speed, and retention outcomes.
- Suggest campus segmentation models and engagement approaches for different target groups.
- Build a future-state campus hiring model along with measurable success indicators.
- Work with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to collect insights and inputs.
- Create polished, leadership-ready presentations and recommendations.

Requirements
- Pursuing or holding an MBA, HRM, Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Strategy, or a similar postgraduate qualification.
- Strong ability to analyze problems and solve them in a structured way.
- Confident communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfort working independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in talent strategy, workforce transformation, and the future of work.
- Prior internship or project exposure in consulting, HR, analytics, strategy, or transformation is preferred.
- Good command of PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.
- A curious mindset, initiative, and disciplined problem-solving approach are preferred.

Eligibility
Only candidates who meet all of the following conditions can apply: they must be available for a full-time, in-office internship; be able to begin between 10 June 2026 and 15 July 2026; commit to a four-month duration; be based in Bangalore; and bring relevant skills and interests to the role.
