About the Internship
This is a full-time, in-office business development internship focused on sales for website development and digital solutions. The role involves identifying potential B2B customers, approaching decision-makers, understanding their needs, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective B2B customers, especially businesses in niches such as dental clinics, restaurants, and local retail.
- Connect with business owners through cold calls, social media outreach, and on-ground visits to introduce Kayolabs’ website and digital services.
- Assess client needs, explain the benefits of having a professional modern website, and work toward closing sales.
- Keep the lead pipeline organized and share regular daily progress updates with the team.

Requirements

Stipend and Pay Structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 7,000 to INR 40,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 6,000 to INR 10,000 per month, along with incentive earnings of INR 1,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
